Welcome to the Quick Start Training Guide to Active Thinking.

Active Thinking is a mantra that plans what to do next while putting your mind at ease and focused on your task.  Active Thinking becomes easy after you learn the practice. Learning is quick and easy.

Each day you will understand and practice your Active Thinking.  Take a day to absorb each part.  is deceptively simple.

This web site gets you Active Thinking quickly.  You get the whole core of the practice.  The book ACTIVE THINKING, gives you deeper understanding of why it works and how to apply it to a broad range of life situations. You do not need it for this exercise.

This web site’s goal is to spread the use of Active Thinking.  All we ask is this: if Active Thinking improves your life, pass this site on to others and give us feedback.

Bookmark this page now so you can return here each day. Each page will link to the next lesson. The lessons are linked first to last so you do a quick review each day.  Try to resist reading forward. You need to feel Active Thinking. By the end of this week you will own Active Thinking.
